  • Slowburn Tapery is a dry-hire mobile tap service…. you provide the alcohol (kegs, spirits, mixers) and we will take care of pre and post-event setup. For those wanting assistance during the event, leverage our BarBuds package to pour drinks, swap kegs, and restock cups, straws, and napkins.

  • We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve the date. The remaining 50% + $500 security deposit is due 2 weeks before the event.

    The $500 security deposit will be returned within 24 hours of pick-up, pending no damages.

  • We have General Liability Insurance & a Liquor License Endorsement.

  • Let’s be real, event planning has many moving parts and countless details. Lean on us to streamline this bar process for you, so you can save your precious energy on all the other details that make an unforgettable event!

    1. Contact us via the Reserve form, we’d love to learn about your upcoming event.

    2. We will be in contact via your preferred communication method within 24 hours.

    3. Let’s settle on details to find the perfect package fit, date(s), and drink menu. An invoice and contract will be emailed.

    4. Sign contract and place 50% deposit. This holds your date.

    5. One month before the event, we will touch base with an event day game plan. This helps ensure alignment and success for the big day! During this time, we’ll follow up with you to ensure you’ve placed the keg order and that someone from your party is planning to pick them up and deliver them to us at your event.  

    6. Pay the remaining 50%, plus $500 security deposit at least 2 weeks before the event.

    7. We will organize and execute pre-setup hours before your event, while remaining in sync with the event coordinator.

    8. If the BarBuds package is selected, we will provide exceptional bar service during the event.

    9. We will knock out post-setup clean-up and rental retrieval.

    10. Pending no damages, the $500 deposit will be returned within 24 hours.
